A. Local Handling Charge

1. Insurance fee 2.0 % from the Total Declared Value. Minimum Charge USD 35
2. Packing Fee 
3. ISPM#15:  ( if any wooden packing)
4. Special document if needed :
   • Endorsement for stone LHI: 
   • Endorsement for marble LS: (except ironwood)
   • V-Legal for part of wooden house:  (Gazebo, flooring, door, decking)

5. Fumigants (if needed):
   • ETO fumigation for Australian shipment applies to bamboo, rattan, banana leaf kapok, water hyacinth, palm leaf
     feather, cane, maize, straw, sisal, osier, seagrass, thacking grass, willow, etc will 
   • Phytosanitary for bamboo and rattan product: 
6. Forklift Rent: Heavy Duty Goods: above 400 kgs 
7. Storage: USD 50/CBM/Month
8. Super Dry: standard 8 pcs/20′ ; 10 pcs/40′ ; 12 pcs/40HC
9. Use of Teluk Lamong New Harbor: 
10. Collect shipment fee (THC, ENS fee, Agency & Administration fee)

**All the rate exclude taxes/duties and any additional charges at port destination

Note for Shipment to U.S.A and CANADA:
a. DDC (Destination Delivery Charge) will be applied 
b. AMS (Automatic Manifest System) or ACI (Automatic Canada Inspection) 
c. Consignee’s Social Security Number is needed

B. Payment Method

A 30% deposit is required.
The balance has to be settled the latest before the container is left.

1. By cash (USD, Rupiah, EURO, AUD)
2. Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard extra 3%, Amex extra 5%)
3. Wire transfer/ Telegraphic transfer: add 35 USD/ transaction.
4. Western Union, Money Gram: Full amount

C. Production Time

The lead-time for production of your order varies according to the size of your order and the quantities of each item. However, on average it takes about 2 to 4 weeks to order, produce, inspect, and pack a 20-foot container, and about 4 to 6 weeks for a 40-foot. Less than a Container Load (LCL) and air orders are normally less than 3 to 6 weeks. We will let you know the production and delivery time of your order after we have received your inquiry or order.

D. Shipment Insurance

Insurance of your order is recommended and can be provided as a % of the total value of your order by our shipping company to protect your goods while in transit. Otherwise, contact your own personal or company insurance broker and request short-term coverage for the value of your order and the duration of the shipment. We will help you with the details.

E. Product Warranty

Quality control is not our responsibility, please make sure your order in good quality before we pick up. If you need Sourcing Agent & QC will be add split with Shipping Charge. Please contact us for further information.
